What about inclement weather/forest fires?

Inclement weather plan: In the event of lightning, torrential rainfall, or extreme heat, any portion of the race may be cancelled. All race change and safety decisions are made by the Race Director and will be communicated to you.

Our region has suffered from devastating forest fires recently, which are unpredictable and unfortunately inevitable. Fire and fire activity on any portion of the race course may cause cancellation of the race. All race change and safety decisions are made by the Race Director and will be communicated to you.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is NO PARKING at any of the event start areas. We utilize bus shuttles from Manson (near the finish area at Manson Bay Park) to get participants to the start lines. There is ample parking in Manson area near the finish.

Is my registration/ticket transferable or refundable?

In the unforeseen circumstance of complete race cancellation, we do not refund any race fees or roll over race registrations to future events.  The race has been planned and paid for. Your registration in this event assumes this risk. Thank you for understanding!
